Reconditioning Process
Stage 1: Aesthetic Inspection
Before anything else, each vehicle receives a thorough visual inspection to assess its overall cosmetic condition. Our team reviews the paintwork, body panels, lights, wheels, interior surfaces, trim pieces, and upholstery. This helps us identify any damage, wear, or imperfections that need correction. Whether it’s a branded or clean title vehicle, we ensure it meets our high standards for appearance and presentation.
Stage 2: Mechanic Evaluation
After the visual inspection, our certified technicians perform a comprehensive mechanical evaluation. This includes a 155-point inspection of the engine, transmission, drivetrain, brakes, suspension, electrical systems, and more. For water recovery vehicles, we also run fluid screening tests to identify contamination and replace all vital fluids including engine oil, transmission, and differential fluid. The goal is to ensure every vehicle is safe, roadworthy, and mechanically sound.
Stage 3: Full Reconditioning
This is where the transformation happens. Vehicles go through a complete reconditioning process, both inside and out. Interiors are fully stripped, cleaned, and rebuilt — including carpets, seats, sound dampening foam, and wiring components. Exteriors are detailed and restored to like-new condition. Mechanically, any issues found in Stage 2 are addressed — whether that’s replacing components, refreshing fluids, or recalibrating systems. Branded title vehicles also undergo reconstruction by our specialized recovery team to meet or exceed factory specifications.
Stage 4: Final Aesthetic Inspection

In this final stage, we perform a road test and full mechanical re-check. This confirms the car’s performance, handling, and reliability under real driving conditions. A DMV-certified inspection is also completed to ensure full legal compliance. Only after passing this stage do we consider the vehicle ready for sale.
